Driving Without A License
Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-484 — a Nebraska resident has an operator's license before driving on an alley or highway
Before driving. No resident of Nebraska may operate a motor vehicle on the alleys or highways of the state until obtaining an operator's license for that purpose.
The application asks for the full legal name, date of birth, mailing address, social security number, and two forms of proof of the principal residence, with evidence of identity.
The applicant also answers questions about losing consciousness, seizures, dizziness or memory loss within the last three months, and is given the implied consent advisement.
Driving while suspended or revoked is a different and heavier offense. A particular citation is a question for a licensed Nebraska attorney.
