Consumer fireworks only. It is unlawful to possess, sell, bring into Nebraska or discharge any fireworks other than consumer fireworks, except as the act allows.

Consumer fireworks may be sold at retail only between June 24 and July 5, and between December 28 and January 1, and only inside an incorporated city or village.
