Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-1418 — no cigarettes, cigars, vapes or nicotine products under twenty-one
Under twenty-one. A person under the age of twenty-one who smokes cigarettes or cigars, uses electronic nicotine delivery systems or alternative nicotine products, or uses tobacco in any form commits a Class V misdemeanor.
A person charged may avoid prosecution by furnishing evidence to convict whoever sold or gave them the product.
