Window Tint
Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-6,257 — thirty-five percent light through the front side windows, twenty behind

Where there is no AS-1 mark, the line runs five inches below and parallel to the top of the windshield.
Any tint that reduces the driver's clear view is unlawful whatever its numbers. A particular citation is a question for a licensed Nebraska attorney.
