NRS 612.380 and NRS 612.385 — quitting without good cause costs 10 weeks of earnings, misconduct up to 15

A person who voluntarily left their last or next to last job without good cause is ineligible for benefits until they earn, in covered employment, at least their weekly benefit amount in each of 10 weeks. Leaving to look for other work has the same effect until the person finds a job or earns that much in 10 weeks.

A person discharged from their last or next to last job for misconduct connected with the work is ineligible until they earn their weekly benefit amount in each of not more than 15 weeks, the number set case by case by how serious the misconduct was.

Leaving work that was not suitable to enter approved training is not disqualifying. Suitable work there means a substantially equal or higher skill level at not less than 80 percent of the past average weekly wage.
