When The Landlord Can Come In

NRS 118A.330 — at least 24 hours' notice, normal business hours, and an emergency is the exception

A tenant may not unreasonably refuse a landlord's peaceable entry to inspect, make necessary or agreed repairs, supply services, or show the unit to buyers, lenders, tenants or workers.

24 hours, business hours. Except in an emergency, the landlord gives at least 24 hours' notice of intent to enter and enters only at reasonable times during normal business hours, unless the tenant agrees to shorter notice or other hours for that particular entry. In an emergency the landlord may enter without consent.

The landlord may not abuse the right of access or use it to harass the tenant, and has no other right to enter except by court order, after the tenant has abandoned or surrendered the premises, or where another section of the chapter allows it.
