Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult
N.D.C.C. § 50-25.2-03 — medical workers, police, firefighters, clergy and caregivers must report
Medical and mental health workers, law enforcement officers, firefighters, clergy and caregivers who learn through their work that a vulnerable adult has been abused or neglected, or see conditions that would reasonably lead to it, must report to the department, its designee, or law enforcement. Clergy need not report what was learned as a spiritual adviser.
