Tobacco and Vapes Under 21
N.D.C.C. § 12.1-31-03 — selling tobacco, vapes or kratom to someone under 21 is an infraction
- Selling, furnishing or procuring tobacco, electronic smoking devices, alternative nicotine products or kratom for anyone under twenty-one is an infraction.
- Someone eighteen to twenty who buys or possesses them commits a noncriminal offense.
- Someone fourteen to seventeen who does commits an infraction.
- Self-service displays are barred outside tobacco specialty stores and permitted machines.
