Who Cannot Have a Gun
N.D.C.C. § 62.1-02-01 — ten years after a violent felony, five years after other felonies, and a class C felony to break it

Breaking the felony bars is a class C felony, up to five years and $10,000. Breaking the commitment or handgun age bars is a class A misdemeanor, up to 360 days and $3,000.
