Appealing Unemployment
ORS 657.269 — 20 days to ask for a hearing, or the decision is final
Twenty days. A request for a hearing on an unemployment decision has to be filed within 20 days after the notice of decision was delivered or, if mailed, within 20 days after it was mailed to the last known address. Otherwise the decision is final.
A decision allowing benefits is paid even while a hearing on it is pending.
