ORS 810.434 — a city may photograph red light running and speeding of 11 or more

Any city may, at its own cost, run cameras that photograph drivers who disobey a traffic control device, or who exceed the speed limit or a posted speed by 11 miles per hour or more.

Before citations are issued, the city runs a public information campaign. It evaluates the cameras' effect on safety and public acceptance once each biennium and reports to the Legislative Assembly.
