Sick Time
ORS 653.606 — one hour for every 30 worked, paid with 10 or more employees
An employer with at least 10 employees in Oregon lets employees accrue at least one hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked, or 1-1/3 hours for every 40. An employer with fewer than 10 does the same with unpaid sick time.
