ORS 653.025 — three rates by place, adjusted for inflation every July 1
Oregon's minimum wage is adjusted each year for inflation, by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries, and takes effect on July 1. The section sets three rates by where the employer is located.

The adjustment follows the change in the Consumer Price Index from March to March, rounded to the nearest five cents. The current dollar figure is published by the Bureau rather than printed in the section.
