SDCL § 60-12-15 — no lower rate for comparable work because of sex
No employer may pay an employee at a lower rate than an employee of the opposite sex for comparable work on jobs with comparable requirements of skill, effort and responsibility.
Not strength. The comparison is of skill, effort and responsibility, but not physical strength.
