SDCL § 20-13-23 — a business open to the public may not refuse or treat anyone unequally for a protected trait
A business providing public accommodations may not, because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, ancestry, disability or national origin, refuse anyone the use of its services and facilities, or treat them unequally in price, scope, or terms, including credit, payment, warranties, delivery and repair.
One hundred eighty days. A charge is filed within one hundred and eighty days after the practice occurred.
