13 V.S.A. § 1026a — a course of conduct aimed at one person, up to 180 days and $2,000
Aggravated disorderly conduct is a course of conduct directed at a specific person, meant to inconvenience or annoy them or to disturb their peace, quiet or privacy, that includes any of the following.
- Fighting, or violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior.
- Unreasonable noise.
- Abusive or obscene language in a public place.
- Threatening bodily injury or serious bodily injury, or threatening a felony crime of violence.
A conviction carries up to 180 days and $2,000.
