21 V.S.A. § 305 — reasonable time and a private space, not a bathroom stall, for three years after a birth
- For three years after a child's birth, the employer provides reasonable time throughout the day to express breast milk, paid or unpaid at the employer's choice.
- The employer makes a reasonable accommodation of a private space that is not a bathroom stall.
- An employer is exempt only if this would substantially disrupt its operations.
- No retaliation or discrimination for using or asking for these rights.
