Turning Eighteen
1 V.S.A. § 173 — a person is of age at 18, and until then a minor
A person 18 years old is of age, and until then is a minor; wherever the laws refer to an adult, they mean someone 18 or older.
Someone who will be 18 by a general election may register and vote in the primary before it.
