Walk It Through: Filming The Arrest
A phone up on a sidewalk, a warning to step back, and a crowd getting loud.
Outside a bar, a bystander starts recording two officers arresting a man on the sidewalk.
Two things a person in this spot might do. Picking one shows what the law says about it.
One street arrest. Recording inside a private building, posting the video, a frisk of the bystander and an arrest for obstruction are not worked through here.
A practice walkthrough, not a prediction of how any real one will go. Legal information, not legal advice.
