Who handles this in Wisconsin: State Bar of Wisconsin Lawyer Referral Service; and legal aid programs and the state offices, listed in the Wisconsin directory.

A teen driving for an organized, unpaid program that takes teenagers home, with signed documentation from an adult at least 25 years of age running it, is outside these limits under the conditions the section sets.

The instructional permit and the penalties for breaking these limits are in other sections not covered here. A particular ticket is a question for a licensed Wisconsin attorney.
