Railroad Crossings
W.S. 31-5-510 — a stop between 50 and 15 feet from the rail for a signal, a gate or a train
A driver approaching a railroad crossing stops within fifty feet but not less than fifteen feet from the nearest rail, and does not go on until it is safe, when a signal warns of a train, a gate is lowered or a flagger signals, or a train sounding its signal is an immediate hazard.
