Time Off to Vote
W.S. 22-2-111 — one paid hour on election day, at a time the employer picks
On the day of a primary, general, or special congressional election, a voter may leave work for one hour, not counting meal hours, while the polls are open. The employer picks the hour, and the voter loses no pay as long as they actually vote.
Who handles this in Wyoming: legal aid programs, lawyer referral and the state offices, listed in the Wyoming directory.
Three free hours. This does not apply to an employee who has three or more consecutive hours off work while the polls are open.
