A.R.S. 23-363 — $12 from January 1, 2020, then raised each January 1 by the cost of living

Raised every January 1. Arizona's minimum wage was set at not less than $12 on and after January 1, 2020, and rises on January 1 of each year by the increase in the cost of living, measured by the consumer price index and rounded to the nearest multiple of five cents.

Adverse action against a person within ninety days of asserting a claim or right, helping someone else do so, or telling anyone about the rights raises a presumption of retaliation, which the employer can rebut only by clear and convincing evidence.
