Idaho Code § 32-719 — reasonable visitation on a showing it is in the child's best interests
The child's best interests. The district court may grant reasonable visitation rights to grandparents or great-grandparents on a proper showing that the visitation would be in the best interests of the child.
Courts also weigh a fit parent's own decisions under the Constitution. A particular case is a question for a licensed Idaho attorney.
