Turning Eighteen
Idaho Code § 32-101 — a minor is anyone under eighteen, and a married minor may contract
Eighteen. Minors are those under eighteen years of age.
A minor who has been married is competent to enter a contract, a mortgage, a deed of trust or a bill of sale, and to sue or be sued on it.
Other ages are set elsewhere, such as twenty-one for alcohol. A particular question is for a licensed Idaho attorney.
