Idaho Code § 7-1106 — a signed acknowledgment is a legal finding, and sixty days to rescind it
A legal finding. A signed and notarized voluntary acknowledgment of paternity for an Idaho birth, filed with the vital statistics unit, is a legal finding of paternity.
Where the mother was married and her husband is not the father, he may file a notarized affidavit of nonpaternity along with the acknowledgment signed by the mother and the father.
Sixty days to rescind. Anyone who signed may file a notarized rescission within the earlier of sixty days after filing, or the date of a court or administrative proceeding about the child in which they are a party.
