Idaho Code § 6-210 — up to $2,500 for economic loss a minor willfully causes
Up to $2,500. A person may recover up to $2,500 from the parents of a minor under eighteen living with them who willfully causes economic loss to that person.
Economic loss includes the value of property taken, destroyed or harmed, lost wages, and out-of-pocket costs such as medical expenses, but not pain and suffering, wrongful death or emotional distress. Parents include anyone with legal custody of the minor.
