KRS 514.160 — using another's identifying information to pass as that person, a Class D felony
A person commits theft of identity by knowingly possessing or using another's identifying information, such as a name, address, phone number, Social Security or driver's license number, or birth date, meaning to pass as that person to take property, obtain benefits, make financial or credit transactions, or avoid detection.
Theft of identity is a Class D felony.
