KRS 524.040 — force, threats or harassing messages to sway a participant in a case, a Class D felony
A person commits intimidating a participant in the legal process by using harassing communications, physical force or a threat against someone believed to be a participant, to influence testimony or a decision, to keep the person from being summoned or attending, or to withhold or destroy evidence.
Intimidating a participant in the legal process is a Class D felony.
