Railroad Crossings
KRS 189.560 — a stop for a signal, a lowered gate, a train in sight, or a flagger
- A driver stops and stays stopped at a grade crossing when a signal warns of a train, a gate is lowered, a train is visible and dangerously close, or a flagger signals.
- A commercial driver also slows and checks the tracks are clear, stops if they are not, and crosses only with room to clear the crossing without stopping.
