Reporting Wrongdoing in Public Work
KRS 61.102 — no reprisal against a public employee who reports a violation in good faith
A public employer may not subject to reprisal, or use authority to discourage or discriminate against, an employee who in good faith reports to an appropriate body, such as the Attorney General, the Auditor, an ethics commission, a law enforcement agency or a member of the General Assembly, an actual or suspected violation of law, or mismanagement, waste, fraud or abuse of authority.
