Riding a Motorcycle
KRS 189.285 — eye protection for every rider, and a helmet under 21 or on a permit
- No one rides a motorcycle on a highway without a valid motorcycle license, an approved eye protective device while moving, and a rear view mirror.
- Riders and passengers sit on a seat and use footrests permanently attached and designed for them.
- A person under twenty-one, operating or riding as a passenger, and an operator on an instruction permit wear protective headgear.
