Stop Signs and Right of Way
KRS 189.330 — the vehicle on the left yields, and a full stop at the line
- When two vehicles reach an intersection from different roadways at about the same time, the one on the left yields to the one on the right.
- At a stop sign a driver stops at the marked line, or before the crosswalk, or else where the cross traffic can be seen.
- After stopping, the driver yields to any vehicle in the intersection or close enough to be an immediate hazard.
