Terroristic Threatening
KRS 508.080 — a threat of a crime likely to cause death, serious injury or major damage
A person commits terroristic threatening in the third degree by threatening a crime likely to cause death or serious physical injury, or substantial property damage, to another; or by intentionally making false statements to cause the evacuation of a building, gathering or public transportation.
Terroristic threatening in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor.
