The Last Paycheck
KRS 337.055 — by the next pay period or 14 days after leaving, whichever is later
An employee who leaves or is discharged is paid in full all wages earned no later than the next normal pay period after leaving, or 14 days after, whichever is later. One not paid then is paid on 14 days' demand. No employer can secure an exemption.
