Turn Signals
KRS 189.380 — a signal for the last 100 feet before a turn or a lane change
- No one turns or moves right or left on a roadway until it can be done with reasonable safety, and not without an appropriate signal.
- A signal to turn is given continuously for not less than the last 100 feet before the turn.
- A motor vehicle signals with signal lamps or mechanical devices; a vehicle that is not a motor vehicle may use hand signals, given for the last 50 feet.
A violation carries a fine of $20 to $100.
