Mo. Rev. Stat. § 287.420 — written notice to the employer within thirty days
Thirty days. No Missouri workers' compensation claim for an accident may go forward unless written notice of the time, place and nature of the injury, with the injured person's name and address, was given to the employer no later than thirty days after the accident, unless the employer was not prejudiced by not getting it.
The section sets a separate notice rule for occupational disease and repetitive trauma.
