Bad Checks
Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-611 — writing a check knowing the funds are not there, graded by amount
Knowing it will not clear. Obtaining property, services or anything of value with a check, knowing there are not sufficient funds or credit to pay it in full on presentation, is issuing a bad check.
