NRS 484B.653 — willful or wanton disregard, a fine from $250 the first time

Reckless driving in Nevada is driving in willful or wanton disregard of the safety of persons or property, driving in an unauthorized speed contest, or driving in an unauthorized trick driving display, on a highway or premises open to the public. Certain speeding and yielding violations that are the proximate cause of a collision with a pedestrian or a person on a bicycle or scooter are reckless driving too.

A speed contest, and a collision with a pedestrian or rider, also carry community service: not less than 50 hours but not more than 99 hours on a first offense.
