NRS 484D.100 — lights from a half hour after sunset, and whenever 1,000 feet is not clear

Every vehicle on a Nevada highway displays its lighted lamps from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise, at any other time when people and vehicles are not clearly discernible at a distance of 1,000 feet ahead, and when a traffic control device directs it.
