The Tint On Your Windows
NRS 484D.440 — the driver's side windows at 35 percent, with a tolerance of 7 percent
A vehicle registered in Nevada may not have material on the windshield or any side or rear window that alters its color or reduces its light transmission, with the exceptions below.

A tint violation is not a moving violation for the demerit point system. Glass the vehicle could have been sold with when new under federal rules is allowed.
