Records for Both Parents
15 V.S.A. § 670 — a parent without parental rights is not denied the child's records for that reason alone
Access to a child's medical, dental, law enforcement, school and other records is not denied to a parent solely because that parent was not awarded parental rights and responsibilities. The court may order access denied if it is not in the child's best interest or may harm the other parent, including through abuse.
