Iowa Code § 555A.3 — three business days to cancel, and a refund within ten business days

  • The seller gives the buyer a completed copy of the contract stating, in boldface, that the buyer may cancel until midnight of the third business day after the transaction.
  • The seller attaches a detachable Notice of Cancellation form in duplicate.
  • After a cancellation, payments, trade ins and any note are returned within ten business days.
