N.D.C.C. § 62.1-02-05 — schools, places of worship and publicly owned buildings, with listed exceptions

No one may possess a firearm or dangerous weapon at a school or a school-sponsored event on school property, a church or other place of worship, or a publicly owned or operated building.

  • Someone allowed to carry concealed may carry in a place of worship whose primary religious leader or governing body approves it.

The bar side of a bar. Knowingly possessing a firearm or dangerous weapon in the part of an establishment set aside for buying and drinking alcohol is an infraction. The restaurant part is excepted where people under 21 are allowed in.
